Free initial call with your coach to establish which areas you would like the coaching to focus on. (Allow 30 minutes) 
Bespoke measurements – taken at the start, during reviews & the end of the coaching process to make sure the coaching is focusing on the individual’s needs & being effective for the benefit of the whole organisation. 
Quarterly reviews –If applicable, the person being coached may benefit from a review with their line manger & coach. It is a valuable form of feedback for the individual to see how they are perceived & the changes they are making 
Monthly 121 coaching sessions (60 minutes) 
Unlimited email support
