Allow 90 minutes Your first session will then be booked! (Allow 90 minutes). The sessions can then continue online or in-person at the coach’s office, on a monthly / bi monthly basis & last 1 hour. (For phobias, just one session is required but for other areas, it’s a good idea to think of coaching as a 6 – 12 month commitment to make lasting change).

We'll start by identifying your goals and then work on steps to achieve these. Your coach will be understanding, supportive and non-judgmental, so you can be truly open and able to share what's holding you back.  
 
The coaching techniques we use will help to get to the root of your issues; whether that's a lack of confidence or self-worth; a feeling of being overwhelmed or stuck in a rut; or just needing a steer towards your goals. We'll also work on your core beliefs and understanding where your issues are so that you can undertake lasting transformation and make the move to living a fulfilled, happy life.
